the Millennium Garden, the Vivaldi Garden, the Garden
of Remembrance and the Sculpture Garden, all of which maximise the space surrounding them.

With the trend towards growing your own becoming more popular, this workshop introduces you to key principles including soil preparation, planning, sowing and harvesting. For the time and space conscious gardener, Helen will outline the top 10 fruit and vegetables to grow on your own while also exploring various space options from the traditional garden to containers, grow bags and even hanging baskets.

Using case examples from the Arboretum Inspirational
Gardens, Helen focuses on the main lessons to perfect
planting partners taking soil, height, light, space and
exposure into consideration. The gardens reflect the
changing seasons and include woodland, town, minimalist, patio and water gardens.
